A Call To Order

Sometime June 2006, the Corporate Support Group commissioned Team O.P.S (Operations, People and Systems), Inc. to create a manual that will guide the entire operations of the group. A tall order? Perhaps, but with the cooperation and dedication of the different personnel involved, the project commenced.

Now, a manual has been created that will specifically:

» Describe the operations of each department to make concerned employees see the bigger picture and appreciate their jobs better

» Guide each employee, whether old or new on the scope of their duties and responsibilities

» To provide the different departments a better understanding of the whole group’s operations.

This is the “CALL TO ORDER”- a call for everyone to realize his/her importance in the entire operations of the company. A call for everyone to know the rules and regulations and a call for everyone to put things in order.
